As stated on their website: “WDA created the retail concept and flagship store design for this new [Bay Area] restaurant. Applied at multiple locations, the design showcases the complementary nature of responsible architecture and progressive restaurant practices. Millwork made from recycled plant material and FSC-certified flooring define a rich material palette, establishing an fitting setting for gourmet salads made with fresh, locally grown, organic ingredients.” My role on the project included Schematic Design layout, Design Development packages, and Construction Documentation for submission to Santa Clara Health Department and the City of San Jose Building Department.
